The Non-Physical Asset feature in the Asset Management app allows users to efficiently manage intangible assets such as software licenses and other digital resources. This feature is designed to help track and organize all non-physical assets, ensuring they are up-to-date, properly allocated, and easily accessible.
This feature includes two dedicated boards:
Active Board
This board allows asset managers to view all active and in-use non-physical assets, along with important details such as purchase dates and expiration dates. It provides a clear overview of the current status of non-physical assets, making it easier to manage license renewals, usage tracking, and compliance.
Expired Board
This board helps users to track expired licenses and services, ensuring timely renewals and proper decommissioning.
